Former Chelsea and Liverpool striker Fabio Borini is set to get a chance with Turkish side Goztepe.
The 29-year-old failed to make an impact in the Premier League despite spells at several clubs in England.
He had more success in Italy, but is now seeking a new team after a downturn in fortunes.
Borini was on loan at Hellas Verona for the second half of last season from AC Milan, before being released.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Borini has been approached by the Turkish minnows Goztepe about a move there.
It is unclear if he has given the move the go ahead, but he may not have many other options on the table.
The Italian has been training at a Merseyside park in Liverpool during the COVID-19 pandemic.
