Former Liverpool boss Gerard Houllier believes Sadio Mane has the talent to match PSG striker Kylian Mbappe.
Before last night's Champions League win, Houllier spoke of Liverpool's attack in constrast to Mbappe's talents.
He told Le Parisian: "(Mohamed) Salah, his strength is the speed of his sequences and his phenomenal approach to the goal. At 26, he has already gone through a lot of European clubs, progressing constantly. And he has exploded since last season with Liverpool. He became the big star of the Reds.
"Mbappé is the speed of the game, coupled with the quality of his dribbling. He can still improve with his finishing as he approaches the goal, with his last choices. In Liverpool, Mané alone can compete in pure speed, even if Kylian is even faster."
