Former Leicester City captain Matt Elliott believes that losing Harry Maguire would NOT be a disaster for the club.
Going into the new season, Leceister are not keen on selling any of their prized assets.
Maguire is wanted by both Manchester City and Manchester United.
While a transfer would be difficult given Leicester's high valuation of the player, Elliot thinks they can cope if he is eventually sold.
"The feeling from supporters and people in general is that if the money is right perhaps it will be worth looking at," said Elliott.
"Where as other players previously the supporters have been adamant he must stay, regardless of the money offered.
"Maybe that is a sign of reality and recognition of how things can ultimately transpire in the transfer window.
