Ex-Leeds star Mills criticises Bielsa: No Plan B!

Former Leeds United right back Danny Mills believes a lack of plan B is a problem for the club this season.

Marcelo Bielsa's team has looked excellent in certain matches, showing they can match up with the big boys.

But they have also been dealt some heavy defeats, and Mills knows you cannot play one way and succeed in the Premier League.

He believes Leeds will have to adapt their style for different games if they want to avoid relegation.

"The way that they play is incredibly open," said Mills to talkSPORT.

"So, therefore, they are going to lose some games and they are going to win some games. They are going to be incredibly entertaining.

"They play so expansively sometimes that when they don't score, and they concede, then teams sit back then that's what it is. Bielsa has one way of playing. He doesn't do plan B. He's not interested in a plan B. It's 'we will keep doing plan A and keep getting better'.

"They will be high tempo. They will outwork teams – that won't be an issue [fatigue]. Their work rate will be exactly the same. They have outworked every team they have played against, so far. That's not going to change."
