Former Inter Milan star Diego Milito has no doubts about the potential of Lautaro Martinez.

Barcelona are chasing a deal for the Inter striker, who worked with Milito at Racing.

Racing sports chief Milito said, "Lautaro can play for any team in the world.

"He's a fantastic goalscorer, but he is very happy at Inter.

"If he has to go to Barcelona then I wish him well, and of course he can play with Messi, he has done it with Argentina and they will definitely understand each other very well if they reunite at Barcelona."

Milito added: "He is young, but he has ability that is very clear to see.

"He is a boy who wants to learn, he is well educated and has many values of which he can be proud."
