Free agent Gaby Mudingayi claims to have snubbed approaches from Queens Park Rangers and ChampionshipWatford over the summer. The 33-year-old Belgium midfielder finds himself without a club following his release by Inter Milan.
Mudingayi, who has spent time on the books of Gent, Torino, Lazio and Bologna, told Gazzetta dello Sport: "QPR's offer didn't convince me.
"In June, I refused Watford because I was waiting on an offer in Serie A. But they are still first in line.
"I negotiated with Palermo but they then signed (Luca) Rigoni.
"Then there was India. (David) Trezeguet's club wanted me, but I love football too much to play there now.
"Many people think I am injured because I didn't play at Inter, but I recovered one year ago."
