Former Hertha Berlin captain Dick van Burik is convinced by the potential of their imminent new signing Javairo Dilrosun.

The Manchester City winger, 19, has already passed his Hertha medical and is due to sign for the Germans in a Bosman agreement.

Now an agent, Van Burik is well aware of Dilrosun's potential and told BILD: "The boy has everything! He is fast, tricky, can make opponents dizzy and play fantastic on the flanks.

"Javairo was a super talent in the academy at Ajax Amsterdam. The change to England did not do him good in my opinion. Had he stayed, he would now be playing for the Ajax pros in the first team - he has so much quality."
