Former Fulham boss Lawrie Sanchez believes Rangers midfielder Steven Davis would thrive if he returned to the Premier League.
"I think Steven could easily thrive with one of the bigger teams in the Premiership," said Sanchez. "I think he probably feels there is a little bit of unfinished business there at some point down the line. The attraction of that league is obvious and you only have to look at how keen Rangers and Celtic are themselves to be part of it.
"I paid £4m for him a couple of years ago and more money has come into the English game since then. Doubling their money to £5m would not be a problem if they wanted to sell him. I'm sure, though, that he's one Rangers would want to keep because there is more improvement to come."
Davis has been linked with Middlesbrough and Newcastle United this season.
