De Telegraaf says Van Bronckhorst has accepted a coaching role with Manchester City.
The former Barcelona defender will develop his coaching methods with City and the City Football Group.
Van Bronckhorst enjoyed success in England when playing for Arsenal.
The Dutchman left Feyenoord last season.
