Former Everton captain Leon Osman admits he's been disappointed with Gylfi Sigurdsson this season.

The Iceland international has struggled to make an impact.

Osman told GentingBet: "I've been disappointed with Gylfi Sigurdsson this season.

"I don't think there's any question that Gylfi's not quite played at that level expected when he joined. It's very difficult to play at a really good level throughout the whole of your career.

"Everybody will have dips in form, but the good thing about Gylfi, he gives his all, he'll give 100 percent effort, regardless of how he's playing form wise.

"So, I think he'll be aware that he's not been at the levels he was previously, but I'm sure he'll be trying to change that for next season."
