Brazilian striker Vagner Love was in scoring form yet again for Shandong Luneng on the weekend.
The 29-year old former CSKA Moscow star struck a double as Shandong defeated Henan Jianye 2-1 in the Chinese Super League on Sunday.
Love, who netted a hat-trick in last weekend's 3-0 triumph at Beijing Guoan, struck in the 53rd minute before adding a second from the penalty spot 14 minutes later prior to a late reply from Ji-nam Lee.
The ex-Palmeiras and Flamengo attacker now has seven goals in seven league outings this term to take his season tally to 12 in 12 thanks to five goals in the Asian Champions League.
Since arriving at Shandong, Love has scored 18 goals in 22 outings with 13 of those coming in 17 domestic appearances.
This season, Shandong sits second on the CSL table in 19 points, two behind reigning champions Guangzhou Evergrande.
