New UAE national team coach Jorge Luis Pinto believes James Rodriguez needs to leave Real Madrid this summer.

Pinto, who has Honduras, Costa Rica and his native Colombia, believes James' time with Real is now over.

"You already saw that things are not going well at Real Madrid and my advice is that you had better find another team where you can play and prepare well for the World Cup ties.

"James would fit well in any English or Italian team, in any of the greats," he opined.

"Of course I would recommend leaving. The environment is not the best for him and he also needs to have rewards. Could it be that something is missing? It may be. But I think this stage has already burned him at Real Madrid."
