Matt Taylor is enjoying the form of his life with 3.Bundesliga club Preussen Munster.
The 31-year old American forward has netted 11 goals in 18 league outings so far this season to lead the golden boot race as Preussen sit second on the table.
Add to that a further three goals in the cup competition and the former Kanas City, Chivas USA and Portland Timbers is in a rich vein of form.
"It's up there," he told MLSsoccer.com regarding his form. "If you add in the cup game, that's 14 goals [so far this season] - it's a pretty good run.
"I've thought about it, too," he added regarding his form increasing as he gets older.
"It's hard to explain. There's a lot of people that learn as they go and get better with age.
"I always try to learn every year and there are parts of my game that have gotten a lot better: reading the game, tactics, the mental side and technical training. They just keep you on the ball [in training]."
