Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton has slammed Tottenham signing Moussa Sissoko a "disgrace".

Tottenham finally sealed a dramatic £30m deal for the Frenchman.

But the former Newcastle playmaker had previously looked set to sign for Everton.

In the aftermath of the transfer, Sutton has slammed Sissoko's behaviour.

He wrote on Twitter: "Hard to say Everton didn't have a go in the window!

"Missing out on Sissoko maybe a blessing.

"Disgrace at Newcastle."
