Former Chelsea striker Franco di Santo is pleased with his move to Wigan Athletic.
He jumped at the chance to move to the DW Stadium when Latics showed their hand this summer, and he is determined to repay the faith shown him by the management.
"I came here to play regular first-team football - more than I was getting at Chelsea and Blackburn," he told the Wigan Observer. "And I hope to stay in the team.
"I have been playing up front and out on the left-hand side so far, but I have no problem with that.
"Whatever the coach wants me to do, I am happy to do. As long as I am in the team, I don't care where I play."
