Ex-Chelsea defender Cundy says title hopes are over

Former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy insists his old club are out of the title hunt.

Their 0-0 draw at Fulham leaves Chelsea in fifth place.

"Chelsea fans need to forget the title, it's over, let's get that one thing straight," Cundy told talkSPORT.

"I'm Reading a lot of rubbish in the press today, 'they're x amount of points behind Man United'. Forget Manchester United, we're not going to catch Manchester United, we're not going to catch Arsenal, those two are going to fight it out for the title.

"Spurs and Manchester City are the two teams we really need to keep ahead of, as soon as you get that into your head and stop worrying about the title I think Chelsea will move forward."
