Former Chelsea chief exec Ron Gourlay has joined Reading's promotion push.
The Sun says Gourlay was at Stamford Bridge for ten years and was chief exec there from 2009 to 2014.
Current Royals CEO Nigel Howe will become a vice-chairman at the Madejski Stadium after a boardroom reshuffle by the club's new owners, Dai Yongge and Dai Xiu Li.
Under Gourlay's guidance, Chelsea won the Champions League for the first time and boosted their turnover and commercial income.
