Former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel favours testing himself in a new competition for his next job.

Tuchel, after success in Germany with Borussia Dortmund and France with PSG, now wants to try another country, says Sky Deutschland.

While he is being linked with Tottenham, Tuchel favours a move to Spain. Indeed, he began intensifying Spanish lessons before Christmas.

Tuchel sees Barcelona as the ideal post, where he has long admired the La Masia academy and the playing culture.

The German has been linked with Atletico Madrid, where Diego Simeone is expected to leave at season's end.
