Former Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari says he'll never work again in England.

He said: "I will never again work in English football. I believe that beginning next year they will have lots of problems.

"The income tax law changed and although it was already high at 40 per cent, it will now be 50-50 - or in other words, in order to pay one million euros to a footballer, an English team will have to pay out two million.

"The competition will be not the same because Spain only charges 20 per cent while Turkey charges 12 per cent."
