Former Brighton defender Liam Rosenior is enjoying his new coaching role with the U23s.
Rosenior is now coaching alongside Simon Rusk and Shannon Ruth in the club's under-23 setup, and he expressed his delight towards the satisfaction he's taking from the job.
He said, “It's been absolutely brilliant, I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. It's been great to work with the likes of Simon [Rusk], Jon Morling and Shannon Ruth.
“Even Vic Bragg as well, he's been at the club for years and brought through so many players. Just sitting in the office and learning from them every day has been great.
“On top of that, the players have done really well to remain unbeaten, playing against some of the top sides in the league.
“Beating Manchester City 5-0 was brilliant. It's been an amazing experience so far and I hope it continues."
