Ex-Bournemouth boss Tindall happy seeing trio succeed at Newcastle

Former Bournemouth boss Jason Tindall admits he's become a Newcastle United fan.

Tindall has revealed he looks out for Newcastle United's results because the former Bournemouth manager is 'immensely proud' to see so many of his old colleagues at the club.

Tindall has taken great pride in seeing Callum Wilson, Matt Ritchie and Ryan Fraser all plying their trade on Tyneside.

"When you've got people that you've worked with so closely and when you've had a huge part in their development and progress throughout their career and you see those players go on and do exceptionally well for themselves, as a coach, as a manager, it makes you immensely proud," he told ChronicleLive.

"You always look out for them and you always want them to continue to do well and that's no different for myself.

"I always look out for their results because those guys are there and, most recently, with Graeme going there, it makes you look out for how they're doing even more.

"I'm so pleased that Newcastle finished the season so well. I'm so pleased for Callum, Ryan, Matty - three fantastic lads - and then there's also the respect I have for Graeme and how much I admire him.

"It's really pleasing to see and I'm looking forward to following their progress again next season."
