Former Borussia Dortmund manager Lucien Favre has thrown his name into the hat for the Celtic job.
The 63-year-old has been without a job since December, when he was let go by Dortmund after a run of poor results.
The Swiss boss did get Dortmund into the knockout stages of the Champions League by finishing top of their group earlier in the season.
According to the Daily Mail, Favre would be interested in the Celtic job, but he is not the only one vying for the position.
Coaches such as Eddie Howe, Enzo Maresca, Roy Keane, interim boss John Kennedy, Chris Wilder and Scotland boss Steve Clarke have all been considered at one stage of the process.
Whoever takes charge at Celtic would have the advantage of knowing that from next season, the team that wins the Scottish Premiership will automatically get into the UEFA Champions League.
