Former Burnley and Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is being linked with the Houston Dynamo job.
Coyle spoke this week of coaching abroad and it's emerged he is now locked in talks with MLS club Houston Dynamo.
The Houston Chronicle says the Scot has held several rounds of talks with Dynamo about the post and moving to Texas.
"At this time it's not appropriate for us to discuss the name of specific candidates in this process, however we are hoping that the process for naming a new Dynamo coach is getting closer to end," Dynamo president Chris Canetti said.
