Freddy Adu made his debut for Finnish club Kuopion Palloseura (KuPS) on the weekend.
The 25-year old former American prodigy played 65 minutes as KuPS defeated FC KTP 1-0 in their first game of the season in Finland's Veikkausliiga.
Former DC United, Real Salt Lake, Benfica, Monaco and Philadelphia Union winger Adu joined KuPS in late March after a failed spell with Serbian club FK Jagodina.
