Former Bayern Munich defender Jan Kirchhoff has paid tribute to Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.

The pair worked together at Bayern.

And Kirchhoff, now with Uerdingen 05, says: "There are a dozen details you may have known about before, but after two months with him, things became so much clearer and easier for us to implement.

"It's like an incredible difference when you have a good coach.

"It makes it easier and it becomes almost easy to play football."
