Former Barcelona coach Carles Rexach supports the re-signing of PSG star Neymar.

Rexach would take Neymar over Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.

He told Esportes Copa, "Neymar now regrets his decision to leave. But Griezmann's case is even worse. He made a special show only to stay at Atletico Madrid last season and now he wants to join Barça. The train only passes through that station once.

"We knew his flaws and virtues," Rexach said about Neymar. "It's better to rely on the devil you know. He knows he made a mistake and that there's only two or three teams who hold the same pulling power of Barça, maybe Real Madrid and a couple more.

"Neymar has the advantage because he's a skilful player, who gets in behind and is more complete. Whereas Griezmann looks like someone who only fits into the role that Messi currently operates in."
