Former Barcelona coach Tata Martino admits he was convinced of big things from Wolves star Adama Traore.

Adama came through the youth system at Barca ahead of departing for England.

Mexico coach Martino recalls: "I remember finding a boy ready to make the big leap, well trained both physically and technically. He had all the audacity of a young boy, with many abilities and very aware of his potential.

“His evolution is given in something very normal that is achieved as he gains experience and enjoys the continuity in his game.

"He has become a footballer capable of achieving everything he sets his mind to."
