Former Barcelona sports chief Robert Fernandez admits he would reconsider signing Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann.

Robert was still with Barca when the Frenchman infamously turned them down this time last year - via a Gerard Pique produced documentary.

He told El Larguero: "I wanted to sign Griezmann two years ago, if I would sign him now, it's a good question, he's a player who can play in many positions, he's very good.

"In his position there are very good players, when I tried to take him to Barcelona, some of the players who are there now were not in. Now they occupy that position, I would think about it now."
