Former Atletico Madrid whizkid Alejandro Garnacho struck twice for Manchester United U18 in their 6-0 rout of Sunderland on Saturday.

Garnacho has been making his way with United's U18s since his surprise move from Atletico last summer.

The win against Sunderland has seen United return to the top of the U18 table ahead of Manchester City. Goals from Noam Emeran (2), Garnacho (2), Charlie McNeill and Dillon Hoogewerf saw United win comfortably.

McNeill also scored fresh from hitting the winner against Salford in last week's triumphant FA Youth Cup tie.
