Former Atalanta and Sweden midfielder Glenn Stromberg has told Jose Mourinho to stop talking "bull****".

Stromberg, covering Manchester United's clash with Liverpool for Viasat, was unimpressed by Mourinho talking down the game.

"Mourinho says that this is just about three points, it's just bull****," he said.

"He was happy with the point, absolutely. But you can not say they are smarter in midfield and that you have to play that way.

"If you have to play that way in a game like this then you do not have such a good team."
