Santi Cazorla has been impressed with Unai Emery's debut season at Arsenal.
The Gunners are well and truly in the top-four race and have qualified for the Europa League quarter-finals.
Cazorla left the Gunners in the summer, but has kept a keen eye on his former club this season.
Speaking in an interview quoted by Metro, Cazorla said: "Arsenal have adapted to the big change and are doing very well with Emery.
"It takes time to adapt to such a big change, changing the manager after 23 years and the new manager needs time to make changes.
"Arsenal have been steadily improving this season and have a good enough squad to be competitive and win trophies."
