Ex-AC Milan chief Galliani admits Berlusconi interested in Monza

Former AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani says no move for Monza has been made by Silvio Berlusconi.

Berlusconi, who sold Milan last year, is being linked to a takeover of Monza - with the help of Galliani.

“The idea is there, but nothing is defined yet," Galliani told Corriere della Sera.

“Monza is definitely a romantic idea after selling Milan. The President lives 3km from Monza [in Arcore], and I was born in the city.

"I lived there and trained as a football director."
