Former AC Milan chief Marco Fassone has commented on Napoli's progress under president Aurelio de Laurentiis.
Fassone says upgrading the club's training centre will be key to Napoli reaching the elite of the game.
He said, “There are two aspects. One is the value of the club and the other is the value of football.
“On the first, to increase the value of Napoli, the infrastructure will be important. In fact, almost nothing on the sporting level is owned.
“It should enter into the perspective of those great clubs that, despite being constantly in the Champions League, competing. You can lose €50m to €60m and then recover them the following year.
“But the President won't do that. I think in his entire history, he has only had two unsuccessful budgets."
