Juventus fullback Patrice Evra was delighted with victory over Real Madrid.
Juventus beat Real Madrid 2-1 in the first-leg of their Champions League semifinal.
"I think the most important thing is the win. It's never easy to play Real Madrid, but I'm really proud of my teammates and the staff. We prepared very well for this game, it was important to win and that's what we did," Evra told ITV Sport.
"Of course we are a little bit disappointed about the Madrid goal, but the most important thing was winning.
"We did the same thing with Dortmund, after that we went and beat them 3-0. We are confident, it's still 50-50 to qualify for the Final, but when you play for the Final you have to play your life."
