Everton and Wolves are eyeing Porto midfielder Yacine Brahimi.
A Bola says the Algerian - who was close to joining the Blues in 2016 - has turned down a new contract with Porto and seems unlikely to agree a new deal.
Everton could wait until the player was a free agent next summer and steal him on a free.
Wolves are also suggested to be in the hunt.
Both Premier League clubs would suit Brahimi given their strong Portuguese contingent.
