Everton and West Ham United will battle it out for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa in the January transfer window.

The former Manchester United man has been made available after making just four appearances for Dortmund so far this season.

According to CalcioMercato, Everton and West Ham are two clubs interested in bringing Kagawa back to England.

The 29-year-old, who spent two seasons with United, will reportedly be available for just £12m.
