Everton are set to bid for Real Sociedad defender Diego Llorente.

Noticias De Gipuzkoa reports the defender's representatives have told Sociedad that a bid from the Blues is imminent.

Everton are in a hurry to get sign new defender, with Michael Keane the only 'safe' option in the first team squad.

Llorente is currently protected by a €50million release clause, but Real Sociedad would accept to sell him for about €30m.

He has also been linked with Liverpool this year.
