Everton striker Wayne Rooney has been spotted in Belfast organising his US visa.
The England, Manchester United and Everton legend made a flying visit to the US Consulate in Belfast yesterday as part of his visa application process, reports the Mirror.
The paperwork will be required if he decides to switch from Everton to MLS side DC United.
Rooney, England and United's record goalscorer, was seen with agent Paul Stretford outside the Consulate being picked up in a chauffer driven black Mercedes.
There was no sign of wife Coleen, who has always been supportive of his career and is expected to join Rooney with their children if he signs for the Washington based team.
