Everton striker Oumar Niasse has turned down an offer from Lokomotiv Moscow.
Championat says Niasse has snubbed Lokomotiv's advances after they looked into signing him on a free.
They report he wants to consider his options in Turkey and England but hasn't ruled out a return to Russia entirely, while Lokomotiv could come forward with another offer for the 29-year-old before their transfer window closes on February 21.
Despite having no future at Everton ahead of his contract expiring this summer, the striker resisted a move from the club last month despite interest from the Championship.
