Cenk Tosun turned down a transfer to Qatari side Al Gharafa to fight for a place at Everton.
The 28-year-old has fallen behind Moise Kean and Dominic Calvert-Lewin on the pecking order, but has vowed to stay at Goodison Park, according to Milliyet.
It is reported that Tosun's wife preferred to stay on Merseyside than move to Qatar.
The Turkey International played 35 minutes in Saturday's loss to Sheffield United.
