Everton and Stoke are planning an interesting swap deal.
According to Sky Sports, the Toffees would offload defender Ashley Williams for Senegal international Badou N'Diaye.
The 27-year-old central midfielder joined the Potters in January, but despite his impressive performances, he was unable to prevent them from being relegated.
N'Diaye is interested in returning to the top-flight, and similarly, Williams could be looking for a move with Marco Silva now in charge at Goodison Park.
Williams received little game time in the second half of last season and it is expected that will continue under the Portuguese.
Stoke are willing to take the 33-year-old stopper on loan.
