Everton have been encouraged in their interest for Roma striker Patrik Schick.
Gazzetta dello Sport says RB Leipzig decided against exercising their option to sign the Roma loanee permanently.
Leipzig had the option of a €29m deal paid over two instalments or €27m immediately, but the Germans let that expire on June 15th.
Roma have turned to England to find a buyer as a result, with Everton said to be one of the 24-year-old's potential suitors.
Tottenham are also showing serious interest in Schick.
