Everton are set to appoint Luis Boa Morte as Marco Silva's new assistant manager.
SIlva's long-time assistant Joao Pedro Sousa has departed Goodison Park to take on the head coaching role at Portuguese side Famalicao.
TheLiverpool Echo says Boa Morte will be named as his replacement after impressing in spells coaching in Sporting Lisbon's youth set-up and at Portuguese third-tier side Sintrense.
The 41-year-old will perhaps be best remembered by English football fans as the winger/midfielder that played at Fulham for six years in the early noughties.
