Everton rocked by Calvert-Lewin injury

Everton have been dealt a mega blow to their chances of Premier League survival.

Sean Dyche's team are attempting to avoid the drop, with two of Leeds United, Leicester City, or the Toffees set to join Southampton in the Championship.

Only a win against Bournemouth at home on the final day can guarantee survival for Everton.

However, The Telegraph suggests that they will be without star striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin for the game.

Calvert-Lewin will give everything to try and be available, and may have a late fitness test, but the game may come too soon for him.

The striker will be replaced by either Neal Maupay, Demarai Gray or Ellis Simms for the game.

In the games that Calvert-Lewin has played this season, Everton looked a vastly better team.
