Everton's £7million offer for Charlton Athletic wonderkid Ademola Lookman has been rebuffed, according to reports from the Daily Mirror.

Lookman is arguably one of the most talented young players plying their trade in the lower divisions of English football and a host of Premier League clubs have unsurprisingly been linked with a move for the Charlton star in recent times.

It misunderstood that Everton were the team who placed a concrete £7m bid for Lookman recently but the offer was turned down by the Addicks as they value their prized asset closer to £10million.

Lookman, 19, has previously been linked with Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, among other clubs.
