Everton are ready to sell winger Nikola Vlasic.

CSKA Moscow are eager to take the youngster back to Russia this summer, though face competition from Zenit St Petersburg and Newcastle United.

Everton would be happy to do business with Newcastle, but negotiations have stalled due to the club's takeover talks.

The Toffees are seeking £12m to sell Vlasic.

For his part, the 21 year-old would be happy to return to Russia after last season's successful loan at CSKA.
