Everton are pushing to sign QPR youngster Josh Bowler.

The Liverpool Echo says Everton want to add the 18-year-old from Queens Park Rangers to their under-23s squad for next season.

Bowler signed professional terms at Loftus Road in February and made his senior debut on the final day of the season against Norwich City.

Everton are intent of bolstering their Premier League 2 title-winning side and QPR winger Bowler is on their wishlist.

Bowler, reports say, has rejected the offer of a new deal with the Championship club.
