Everton plan cash bid for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi

Everton are moving for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi.

The Belgian international's season-long loan deal with Valencia has been cut short, as the player's agents look to find him a permanent move.

The Mirror says Crystal Palace, Fulham and Marseille have all expressed an interest in the forward, who has returned to Chelsea after a disastrous spell in Spain ended when Valencia boss Marcelino said he had run out of patience with the player's performances.

Everton have been keen to add to their striking resources, with back up forwards Cenk Tosun and Oumar Niasse failing to make the grade this season under boss Marco Silva.

The Blues would need to secure the Belgian on a permanent deal due to already having Kurt Zouma on loan from Chelsea.

It is understood the fee would be around the £14million mark.
