Everton are pushing to sign Lyon striker Bertrand Traore.

Telefoot says Everton have opened formal talks with Lyon over the transfer of Traore.

The two clubs are in discussions over a sale as Tanguy Ndombele closes in on a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

Traore scored seven goals last season and is said to be valued at around £20m.

He was on the books of Chelsea before being sold to OL.
