Premier League clubs are readying offers for Schalke midfielder Weston McKennie.

The USA international recently confessed an ambition to play in England and BILD says transfer interest is beginning to grow.

Everton and Newcastle United are keen, along with two unnamed Premier League rivals. Hertha Berlin are also monitoring developments.

Schalke are prepared to sell for a fee in the region of €25m.

"That is my next goal. It has always been my dream to play there," McKennie has said of his Premier League ambitions.
